What personal data we collect and why
Registration: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and year group preference. This allows us to personalise your experience and send relevant resources.
Email: If you subscribe to our Sunday Saver emails or newsletter, we store your email address in Brevo (our email marketing platform) to deliver content you have opted into.
Downloads: We track which resources you download to provide personalised recommendations and measure our “Hours Saved” metric.
Cookies: We use essential cookies for login sessions, the shop basket and site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Analytics and consent: We use Google Analytics 4 (via Site Kit by Google) to see which pages and resources are useful. We ask for your consent using Google’s consent management tool (Google Privacy & messaging, certified under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework v2.2); if that is not available for your visit, a simpler cookie banner is shown instead. Until you agree, Google Analytics runs in consent mode without cookies (_ga, _ga_*). You can change your choice at any time with the privacy and cookie settings link on the page, or by clearing cookies for this site.
What else loads: the consent tool stores your choice in a cookie (for example FCCDCF); the shop records which website or campaign brought you to us in first-party cookies (sbjs_*) so we can see where orders come from; browser push notifications from Brevo only run if you choose to turn them on; Cloudflare provides security and bot protection.
Who we share your data with
We use Brevo for email delivery and push notifications, Google for analytics and consent management, and Cloudflare for site security and performance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we retain your data
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
